Joh. Jos. Prum one of the world's finest producers according to the Observer
Joh Jos Prüm Wehlener Sonnenuhr Riesling Kabinett 2009
"From Joh Jos Prüm, one of the Mosel Valley's – indeed, the world's – finest producers, this is German riesling at its most classically refined and ethereal. A dainty, lacy but thrillingly racy, off-dry white.”

Secret de Léoube 2010 well reviewed by Jancis
Secret de Léoube, Château Léoube Rosé 2010
"Rather firmer, deeper nose than the regular bottling but arguably less pretty. Solid mouthfeel. This is the wine to have with food while the regular bottling is the aperitif. There is just a little more sweetness to this wine which seems to me rather less quintessentially Provençal.”
16.5/20

Achaval Ferrer One of Decanter's Top 10 Argentinian Producers
Achaval-Ferrer
"Achaval-Ferrer has fast established a reputation as one of Argentina’s very top names. Early on, the founders discovered that old vines and very low yields were key to achieving high quality. ‘What makes a wine extraordinary is the expression of the uniqueness of its terroir,’ says Santiago Achaval, president and winemaker. All the wines are 100% Malbec or Malbec-based blends, as it ‘best reflects the terroir.”
Finca Bella Vista, Achaval-Ferrer 2008
"Fragrant violet and tea with mineral notes. Concentrated and pure dense black fruit palate with chocolate and stony notes. Focused, elegant structure; its long finish is lifted by a savoury acidity." 5*****

Ch Léoube Rosé a Favourite Summer Wine
Château Léoube Rosé Côtes de Provence 2010

Wehlener Sonnenuhr Riesling Kabinett 2009 Recommended
Wehlener Sonnenuhr Riesling Kabinett 2009
"Prüm has been in my summer cellar for some years. Wehlen is the name of the village in the Mosel where the grapes are grown. Pale, with a shimmering silver hue, a soft, slightly perfumed nose gives way to an intense, steely finish.”
