Chateau La Courolle, situated on the plateau of Montagne Saint Emilion on argilo-calcaire soil, produces a smooth and luscious, easy-drinking, but well-structured wine. The key flavours are earthy red and black fruit, easy tannins and a pronounced mineral undercurrent.
