Herri Mina Jean-Claude Berrouet 2007

France > French Country > Basque Country

A lovely combination of honeyed richness and striking minerality - lots of personality

From an often overlooked part of France,Irouleguy, in the Basque country, this combines excellent value with complexity. A refreshing change, this is a blend of Gros Manseng, Petit Courbu and Petit Manseng - aromatic and enticing. Intriguing, flirtatious and intensely mineral - this is a great food wine

Petit & Gros Manseng blend, 2007, Dry, Medium bodied, 13.0%, Cork

Lovely wine, mineral, orchard fruits characters, sweet aromas but dry on the finish. Very interesting wine. Lovely wine to accompany white meat, cheese. Highly recommended!
