The quintessential example of the full bodied Bollinger House style is made from 95% Grand and Premier Crus grapes.

The greatest attention is paid to Bollinger Special Cuvée. The House owns 163 hectares of land which, unusually for Champagne, permits it to supply the majority of grapes required. A proportion of Special Cuvée is barrel-fermented allowing it to reach its full ageing potential.
