Hyde de Villaine was established through the meeting of two historic wine families. Aubert & Pamela de Villaine from Burgundy and Larry Hyde from the Napa Valley

Deep plum, almost opaque to a tight cherry rim. The nose is beautifully perfumed, with rose and violet pot-pourri, ripe cherries - very gentle and unassuming - delicately spiced. The palate takes up the gauntlet, with red and black fruit, layered with cream - all laced with white pepper and refreshed by hints of citrus. Bristling with energy, this is a bright fresh classical style - exquisitely balanced and elegant throughout , finishing with persistence and poise.
