It is a firm favourite of the team here, has been highly recommended and, most importantly, had praise heaped upon it from those who bought the 2007. The 2008 is only the second vintage, yet it already shows more personality than the 2007 at the same stage. It has bright red berry fruit on the nose with a touch of herbs and spice, the palate is lifted, mineral and beautifully textured. It is immensely enjoyable now, yet its fine structure points to a further 5 years of drinking.
