Jet-shot ruby in tone, it is intriguingly spiced on the nose, rich in intense dark fruit, offset by hints of heady violet and rose potpourri. The palate delivers lively and exuberant top notes but also an added depth and concentration, super-ripe fruit, exotic notes and hints of liquorice, all supported and balanced by an extra tannin component - a very individual style.
