Bourgogne Pinot Noir Vieilles Vignes Domaine Pierre Labet 2009

France > Burgundy > Côte de Beaune

An impressive deep plum-ruby in colour, this presents warm, spiced, generous fruit on the nose, crème de cassis and mulled wine. The palate certainly promises good staying power, with a considerable, robust structure - though attractively balanced. It shows in an impressive intensity of fruit, sweet and concentrated.
