"Chateau Leoube Rose de Leoube has the lightest salmon pink colour, almost rose gold. On the nose the toffee aromas have a brioche sweetness to them. The tart wild strawberry fruit floods in on the palate and the wine has plenty of minerality to keeps things interesting. To the edges of the mid palate light clementine notes come through and the finish is understated and refined."

Neil Cammies Western Mail (October 2011)

"Gentle, definite mineral scent. Peachy and floral. Very slight but very good at what it does." 16/20

Richard Hemming, JancisRobinson.com (August 2011)

"What a wonderful, soft, drinkable rose from the Cotes de Provence. This is what good rose is all about; it doesn't complicate matters, but offers the drinker the opportunity to wash down lunch with a creamy, dry wine."

Will Lyons, Wall Street Journal (July 2011)

"A definite marine tang. Bone dry, just the right amount of slightly herby gruit and very succulent. Mildly smoky"

Jancis Robinson, The FT (16th July 2011)

"Good and delicate. Just a hint of fermentation aromas but the gap between this and Esclans is closing! Bone dry, just the right amount of slightly herby fruit and very succulent. Mildly smoky. Chill and glug." 17/20

Jancis Robinson, JancisRobinson.com (July) 2011)

"Enjoying a glass of Ch Leoube Provencal rose - seems right for the weather. Made on Bamford (JCB) estate but really subtly. No heavy metal."

Jancis Robinson, Twitter (June 2011)
