Olivier Leflaive's Chablis offers ripe fruit and steely refinement.

The river Serein runs through Chablis. This wine is made from a blend of grapes from both sides of the river, hence the name 'Deux Rives' or 'Two Banks'. Old vines give fruit with great complexity and concentration, balanced by invigorating acidity.
