Beautifully made sparkling Prosecco from boutique winery Le Colture in the heart of Valdobbiadene within Italy's Veneto region.

Le Colture, based in Valdobbiadene, are true sparkling wine experts. Over 500 years of experience have led this old-established family to produce a world class Prosecco: light and delicate, with notes of orchard fruit and white flowers, this 'spumante' is exclusive to Corney and Barrow.

One of the better Proseccos I have tasted. Light yes, but without being anonymous. Doesn't suffer from over-bitterness sometimes present in these wines. Relatively full-bodied I found for this type, nice grapefruit undertones. Good with white meat, even alongside buttery sauces.
