This Waipara Valley wine is absolutely faultless - world class Pinot Noir.

Muddy Water Pinot Noir is only available in small quantities each year. Crop levels are purposely kept very low, giving super-concentrated fruit.This wine is ripe and pure with blackberries, kirsch, hints of chocolate and a spicy fruitcake finish.

"Soft with plum, cherry, berry and spice flavours including a hint of eucalyptus from gum trees planted near part of the vineyard. Bright, fresh, high-energy flavours. Some whole bunches were used in the fermentation to add extra complexity." 4****
