Enrico Santini operates a one man band, complying to the rigours of biodynamics for an added challenge. The resulting wines are very pure expressions of Bolgheri terroir, rich in delicately spiced fruit. This is an intriguing almost whimsical blend where Cabernet, Merlot and Syrah are given a final Italian signature with 30% Sangiovese in the mix - it really works.
