Press Reviews

"Crisp, dry and a little more serious, Le Secret de Leoube Rose 2011, Cap Benat hails from the olive groves and vineyards of Domaine Leoube, owned by the founders of Daylesford Organic. A well-rounded rose with juicy stone fruits at the peak of ripeness, the bottle's embossed with stylish white script for real impact and the chic presentation imbibes the beauty and glamour of a Riviera lifestyle."

Sam Wylie-Harris, Belfast Telegraph (July 2012)

The following reviews refer to the 2010 vintage:

"Made by Jean-Jaques Ott, who sold his eponymous winery to Louis Roederer in 2000. It has all the mineral quality and texture of the best Provence rose but with more concentration, fullness and body than most." 16.5/20

Richard Hemming, JancisRobinson.com (August 2011)

"30 year old vines. Very pale salmon in distinctive clear bordeaux bottle with white handwriting embossed on it. Rather firmer, deeper nose than the regular bottling but arguably less pretty. Solid mouthfeel. This is the wine to have with food while the regular bottling is the aperitif. There is just a little more sweetness to this wine which seems to me rather less quintessentially Provencal." 16.5/20

Jancis Robinson, JancisRobinson.com (July) 2011)
