The palate takes up the gauntlet, veering towards the more adroit, fresh elements of the nose, super-concentrated and layered, animated and focussed. Complex, this is well-supported by refined acidity and fine-grained tannins - bravo Charles and Guillaume on a staggeringly good first vintage.
