Champagne at its rarest and most refined, Salon is truly special. Exclusive to Corney & Barrow.

Champagne Salon is out of the ordinary. Based in the prestigious Grand Cru village of Le Mesnil in Champagne's Cote des Blancs, Salon is made from a single Chardonnay vineyard, in tiny quantities, and only in exceptional vintages (maybe 3 times a decade). Incredibly fine, the 1997 is both expressive and approachable.

It smells of flowers and macaroons, has hints of walnut, spice and cocoa, is concentrated, creamy textured, long and mineral. Splash out."
