Schloss Schönborn, an exclusivity, is one of the oldest established houses in the Rheingau. The Schönborn family has been involved in wine since 1349, building up an enviable collection of vineyard holdings. This Hattenheimer Spätlese (Late Harvest) is rich and exotic, combining stone fruit, ripe melon and steely minerality.
