Of all of their wines, Nicolas Rossignol feels that Petite Chapelle has reacted most to the change to biodynamic viticulture.

Domaine Rossignol-Trapet, produces Burgundies with distinctive, individual style. High-density planting, low yields, strict selection and biodynamic disciplines are emphasised here, producing wonderful wines. Petite-Chappelle had always been feminine and charming here but the biodynamic regime appears to have resulted in some body building. This shows impressive concentration and intensity.
