François Labet, of Chateau de la Tour, is also at the helm here. François works all of the Domaine's wines organically, as at Clos de Vougeot, focussing on sustainability and healthy, top quality grapes. This white Beaune is characterised by fresh orchard fruit with a citrus twist and high-toned minerality.
