Rossignol-Trapet's Beaune Premier Cru Teurons shows wonderful concentration of dark fruit, spice, wild berries and violets with a mineral focus.
In 1990 David and Nicolas Trapet split from Domaine Trapet forming their own Domaine Rossignol-Trapet, where they now produce Burgundies with distinctive, individual style. High-density planting, low yields, strict selection and biodynamic disciplines are emphasised here, producing wonderful wines. This Premier Cru Beaune is wonderfully feminine, floral and mineral.
