The grapes for this, the second wine of Chateau Gazin, are rigorously selected, to ensure top quality, across vintages. 2005 was a particularly attractive year, producing an early-drinking Hospitalet de Gazin, with lots of personality. It presents sultry, dark fruit, layered with mocha cream, all refreshed by floral notes.
