Côte de Baleau is one of three Saint Emilion properties, owned by the Reiffers family and managed by Sophie Fourcade. The estates have certainly realised their true potential, under Sophie's tenure. Low yields, fastidious viticulture and top quality oak make for rich, cherried fruit and spice, supported by silky tannins.
