Tasting Notes: There is something essentially summery and slightly decadent about well-made pink wine. This is a very pretty, pale colour, very clean and pure. It really lifts the spirit with fresh vitality and bright, berried fruit -strawberries and cream in a glass with an attractive hint of white pepper adding definition - almost too easy really.
