"The dry white of the Mouton Rothschild stable. 50% Sauvignon Blanc, 44.5% Sémillon, 5% Sauvignon Gris, 0.5% Muscadelle. Pure white peach, green melon and grapefruit aromas lead into a palate of salty seashell minerality and fleshy pear and peach fruit. I like this but would open it relatively young.
