Mid-amber colour, with a bright, flinty
nose of ripe peach and apricot. The palate’s fleshy stonefruit flavours are lifted by juicy acidity. Grapes are lightly crushed, followed by an immediate pressing. Fermented and aged in old oak, two thirds in barrel and one third in foudre.
