Although Badstube has the most westerly aspect of the Prüm Kabinetts, resulting in more afternoon sun exposure although, Katharina explained that it tends to be leaner in style. It was bottled in late June 2023, and therefore tasted by us from bottle in August. White pepper spice on the nose, leading into a zesty palate of green citrus and pear fruit, refreshed by crisp acidity. White flowers and a long, tapering finish.
