The estate has a long tradition, dating back to 1636. Sofia Thanisch, currently at the helm represents the eleventh generation of this remarkable family. With the later harvest Spätlese we have super-ripe grapes on the palate, set within a languid, fluid frame with mineral intrigue as a focus and bright acidity
