Bianco means ‘white’ in Italian and Ensemblo means blend in local dialect. This wine is a blend of 50% Traminer, 40% Moscato and 10% Müller-Thurgau. A blend that brings out the best of the three components the Traminer and Moscato contribute to the intensity of the aromatics and the Muller-Thurgau brings lightness and drinkability.
"Intense on the nose, with notes of white flowers and white-pulp fruit. The palate is delicate and enveloping, highly aromatic and with long persistence. From family estate La Source, in the heart of the Valle d’Aosta, north-west Italy."
