<p>59% Sauvignon Blanc, 21% Semillon, 20% Muscadelle. A briny, sea-shell mineral, brioche nose, everything we love about white Bordeaux. The palate is pared-down, more mineral than fruited, again with that sense of brine and sea water, set off nicely against fresh, enduring acidity. 13% abv.</p>
"81% Sauvignon Blanc, 11% Semillon, 8% Muscadelle. A Sauvignon-led wine, whose green melon, white flower and lemon rind aromatics meld into a crunchy palate of grapefruit and salty minerality. Harvested between 31st August and 6th September. Six months in oak. 50% new oak. 13.2% abv.Â
