A 0.2-hectare plot of 58-year-old Aligoté Doré vines, planted at a density of 10,000 vines/ha. The plot is just on the other side of the Route Nationale, called En Juillet. This tends to be the last of the whites to be picked. Very pale lemon colour. White peach aromas, pure and unadorned. Waxy, viscous and tactile. Vinified in old 1,200L tonneaux. Bottled one week before harvest, in August 2024.
