This wine may well be the ultimate expression of the Chambolle appellation – incredible finesse and feminine in character. There is a touch of smoke, with flavours of sappy spice adding fragrance and freshness to the intense red berries on the palate. This comes from the inclusion of a proportion of whole bunches during fermentation.
