Tantalising and bright, there is immediately tension between intensity and reticence, crèmes de cassis and mûre gradually come to the fore. These aromatics are echoed on the palate, which rather explodes with very pure berries, red and black, bitter orange and stony minerals. The finish is indecently silky in texture, sensual, layered and long. This will be absolutely lovely, given time.
