"67% Merlot, 27% Cabernet Franc, 6% Cabernet Sauvignon. Bright, lifted raspberry and red cherry aromas. The palate’s ripe red berries are lifted by fresh acidity, with firm grippy tannins exerting a squeeze on the finish, which comes to a pithy point. Picking for the Merlot commenced on 2nd September the Cabernets were harvested from 21st September.
