This is situated in the heart of the Sauternes appellation, planted on a mix of clay and gravel soils. With an average age of 37 years, the vines produce good intensity. The blend is 90% honeyed Semillon, 5% herbaceous Sauvignon and 5% aromatic Muscadelle. Picked in successive harvests by hand the wine then goes into vat and barrel to age for 18 months
