"82% Cabernet Sauvignon, 18% Merlot. Dark and cassisy aromas, with cedary oak spice. The palate is saturated and dense but, crucially, this is fresh and upbeat. The tannins are powerful and chalky, currently drying out the finish but that will integrate given the huge fruit density here. Polished but not overly, everything will find its balance. 100% new oak barrels for 18 months.
