"77% Cabernet Sauvignon, 23% Merlot. Dark, chocolatey aromas, leading into a palate of profound cassis and blackberry, lifted by fresh acidity and framed by firm, grippy tannins. This is not a charmer at this early stage but we have a lot of faith in this estate and do not hesitate to recommend the wine. Cropped at 48hl/ha. Harvested between 11th and 28th September. 75% new oak. 13% abv.
