"85% Merlot, 15% Cabernet Franc. A small, four hectare vineyard (of which half is being replanted), owned by the Vauthier family of the Ausone stable since 2014. The first vintage was 2015. Raspberry compote and sweet cedary spices on the nose, with violet perfume. The palate is fleshy and creamy, with a red berried generosity. Harvested between 11th and 28th September. 100% new oak, with 18 months’ élevage. C&B Score: 17 Drinking dates: 2028-38"
