"86% Cabernet Sauvignon, 10% Cabernet Franc, 4% Merlot. A refined nose of elegant dark berry fruit, cassis and cedar, with dark rocky minerality. The palate is beautifully perfumed on the entry, red berry aromas dancing above the cool blackberry and blackcurrant flavours. The mid-palate is currently compressed and carapaced, dark berries and hints of a tangerine flair. Highly classical, with fine, ferrous tannins. Cropped at 43hl/ha. Harvested between 9th September and 2nd October. 80% new oak. 13.1% abv.
