A lovely, soaringly perfumed nose of violets and red berries, with a hint of zesty lift. The palate is even more lifted, with a grapefruited, tropical buoyancy on the attack, before the mid-palate resolves into a more seated, juicily-fruited composure. Good wine, with excellent vivacity. Tannic rigour persists on the finish.
