"50% Cabernet Sauvignon, 46% Merlot, 4% Petit Verdot. Inky dark cherry and berry aromas with fabulous purity. Bitter chocolate and rocky minerality. The full-bodied palate is beautifully pure, the deep cassis refreshed by a high line of acidity framed by a lot of fine, grippy tannin. This represents two-thirds of the estate’s production. Cropped at 32hl/ha. 50% new oak. 14% abv.
