"60% Cabernet Sauvignon, 35% Merlot, 5% Petit Verdot. Bright raspberry, blackberry and plum, with cedary spice aromas. The palate is dark and shiny, the blackcurrant fruit framed by fine, grippy tannins. Fresh acidity lifts the mid-palate, through to a long finish. Cropped at 46hl/ha. Harvested between 7th September and 4th October. 40% new oak. 13.5% abv.
