Here 15% Cabernet Franc lifts the aromatics, adding herbal notes, pepper and delicate spice – all beautifully ripe and well-integrated. The palate is, as ever, seamless, refreshed by floral notes, violets and minerals. Tannins are rounded and ripe, adding to the sensuality of the palate. Mocha cream complements a languid, elegant, layered finish."
