Bramble-ink in colour, this has a wonderfully classic, cigar box, cedar nose, warm fruit and briny minerals, with hints of liquorice and toffee. The aromatics offer similar complexity to the Classique, but with greater intensity. Wild flowers, herbs and rosemary dominate the backdrop - real sous bois.
