Fennel and liquorice notes add complexity to a plethora of concentrated red and black fruit, punctuated by minerals. The palate provides a wonderful combination of obvious power and weight, enriched by one year old oak, with an extraordinary lightness of touch and an uplifting freshness - beautifully balanced.
