100% Syrah/Serine. 100% whole bunch fermentation. Bacon fat and blackberry, with a juicy palate and grippy, fine, fruit-coated tannins. Dried tobacco leaf and admirable freshness, with a broad grip to the tannins aided by a graphitey texture.
