All from the Cote Brune, this was a new entrant last year to the Tardieu-Laurent line-up, due to a new supplier with vines in the prime vineyards of Landonne (in the oldest part!), Lancement and Chavaroche. The vines here are 60-70 years old on average. 100% whole bunch vinified.
"A drop-dead gorgeous nose of fine peppery spice and blackcurrant. The palate is astonishingly light on its feet, with a building sense of power and clear ageing potential. Fine, grippy, muscular yet refined tannins and irony minerality.
