"55% Merlot, 43% Cabernet Sauvignon, 2% Cabernet Franc. Toasty blackberry and strawberry fruit aromas lead into a palate of bright red berries, with a creamy density and a high level of plushly fruit-coated tannins. Fresh and salty on the finish. The yield was 47hl/ha. Harvested between 13th September and 4th October. 14 months in an (undisclosed) mixture of new oak and one-year old barrels. 13.6% abv.
