Agua Santa Reserva Pinot Noir 2018

Luís Felipe’s home is a charming adobe house set amid lush greenery. It nestles at the foot of some of the highest and most spectacular vineyards Chile has to offer. The family's remote Agua Santa ('holy water') vineyards lie in the Colchagua Costa area, just 30 km from the Pacific. There, in the weathered coastal mountains, older than the Andes, the unique combination of ancient soils, luminous sunshine and cooling ocean breezes give exceptional growing conditions for the delicate Pinot Noir Grape.

"Classically structured, with more than a nod to the grape's Burgundian heritage, this is a smooth, supple Pinot Noir with fine tannins and a long finish."

“Chile's Luis Felipe Edwards is a pioneer in the country's Colchagua region creating, for instance, vineyards at high altitudes and also producing terrific merlot. The result has a Burgundian feel with smooth, floral, cherry and red plum fruit, nippy acidity, earthy touches with chocolate and cloves in there too but gentle tannin.”
