Corney & Barrow and Fidelio Café have teamed up for a unique event, exploring the parallels between live music and wine pairing.

For one night only, join us at Fidelio for an evening with winemaker Raphaël Faugier and pianist Raffaello Morales sur les chemins de Bach. 

We will journey through the layers of texture built into one piece of music and explore parallels in the aromatic and textural development of a single wine over time.  

THE EVENT INCLUDES:

Expressions of a single grape variety: Syrah

A series of vintages from one single cuvée and terroir: 

Crozes-Hermitage 'Les Galets' 

Domaine des Hauts-Châssis, Northern Rhône

A deconstruction of the variations of one musical piece: 

Bach-Busoni ‘Chaconne’, a pinnacle of classical music

All to be paired with a bespoke menu created for the occasion by Matt Parkinson, Fidelio’s Executive Chef
