"60% Merlot, 50% Cabernet Franc. Aromas of fresh mint and fennel, with some liquorice. The palate is fresh and sinewy, the crunchy dark-fruited mid-palate framed by fine tannins, leading on to a long finish. Cropped at 40hl/ha. Harvested between 6th September and 3rd October. Aged entirely in one-year-old oak. 13.6% abv.
